This week's weekly meditation is all about taking a moment to breathe. There's no need to get all formal when meditating. You can do it at work, in the grocery store lineup, at break time, when you're out for a walk, or just sitting or laying down somewhere. There important is to just do it. Also, don't feel obligated to meditate for hours on end. Something as simple as taking the time to focus on your break for a minute or two can change your entire current state of being.
