Banana Bread Protein Pancakes

  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats gluten free if needed
  • 1/2 banana mashed
  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  1. Spray pan with cooking spray and set to a medium heat
  2. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor until batter is smooth.
  3. Pour batter onto the hot pan, cook for approximately 3 minutes each side
