Chile Lime Chicken
Servings: 4 people
- 4 small chicken breast or 2 large cut in half
- 4 lime juice of
- 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
- 2 tbsp chili powder or to taste
- 1 tsp oregano dried
- 1 tsp cumin ground
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees (when ready to cook).
Mix all marinade ingredients together in a small bowl.
Combine marinade and chicken in a freezer bag or other container, toss to coat.
Let marinade for a few hours or overnight.
Place chicken and marinade in a lined baking dish, bake for 30-40 minutes until cooked through.
