In this class, Kay will take it slow and easy and lead you through a series of poses that will stretch out your pectorals (your chest) and your shoulders. Although these two body parts are the main focus, you will also find poses that will stretch your quads and hips.

Your posture and range of motion will thank you once you add this routine into your regular practice.
