Roasted Spicy Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
  • 2 medium sweet potato
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil melted, or extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Peel and chop the sweet potatoes, add to a medium sized bowl.
  3. Combine the spices and add to the bowl along with the melted coconut oil.
  4. Place on parchment line baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
